Reminder: Human Resource, Payroll Systems Transition Begins Monday, Jan. 4

On Monday, Jan. 4, the University’s human resource and payroll systems will move to Pitt Worx, a modernized, user-friendly cloud-based system.

All employees and student workers must meet the applicable data entry deadlines for the systems they access and their responsibilities to ensure a correct data conversion between those systems and Pitt Worx.

Additionally, all timecards, both current and missing, must be submitted and approved in PRISM TRKS before noon ET on Wednesday, Dec. 23.
