Register for Community Engaged Scholarship Forum

Registration is open for the third annual Community Engaged Scholarship Forum (CESF), scheduled for March 2.

The forum, titled “Partnerships: Advancing Community Resilience,” will connect Pitt faculty, students, staff and community members working to strengthen the community. Participants will have the opportunity to present their community-engaged work, attend breakout sessions and recognize outstanding community engagement partnerships.

Leaders in higher education and community development will come together to discuss topics including basic needs, civic participation, digital access and inclusion, education, health equity, criminal justice reform, and relationships and the social fabric.

The forum will also honor the Senior Vice Chancellor for Engagement Partnership of Distinction, the Soska Wilds Outreach and Engagement Leadership and the CESF Collaboration Champion awards with awardees Yvette Moore and David Sanchez from the Swanson School of Engineering.

Take a look at the complete schedule; registration for this event is free and open to the public.
