Health Sciences Graduate Programs and Career Paths: The Perspectives of Black Faculty

Are you curious about graduate programs and careers in the health sciences?

Save the date—Wednesday, Nov. 18, from 5-6 p.m.—for a virtual panel session, “Health Sciences Graduate Programs and Career Paths: The Perspectives of Black Faculty.”

Pitt faculty members will share insights into their own career paths and the graduate and professional programs their different schools offer. Lesha Greene, scholar-mentor in the University Honors College, will moderate the panel which includes:

  • Berthony Deslouches, assistant professor, environmental and occupational health in the Graduate School of Public Health
  • Christine Wankiiri-Hale, assistant professor and associate dean for student affairs in the School of Dental Medicine
  • Bernard Rousseau, associate dean for equity, inclusion and community engagement and chair and professor of the Department of Communication Science and Disorders in the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences
