Food for Thought: Italian Food Culture offered Summer 2020

The Italian Program is delighted to offer ITAL 0087, Food for Thought: Italian Food Culture, this summer during Summer Session 1. In this course, students learn about Italian history and culture through the lens of foodways and cuisine. There are no prerequisites and no knowledge of Italian is required.

The course is open to all students.

The course fulfills the Geographic Regional and Historical Analysis GER.
